The idea of ​​institutional stencils (templates) is first encountered in Russian-language sources in 2019 and belongs to M.M. Sokolov, who used this concept to highlight the problems of the reform of the system of awarding academic degrees in Russia. At the same time, the very concept of “institutional template” was introduced into scientific discourse a little later, in 2020 in a joint article by K.S. Guba, M.M. Sokolov and N.A. Sokolova. An institutional blueprint refers to samples "which are complemented by a set of thoughtful markers or indicators needed to accurately determine the extent to which a particular individual or organization fits the ideal" ...
